When the students leave Challenge Day, they are inspired to change their school and community for the better. Challenger Day gives them the practical skills and tools to do just that.

As part of Challenger Day, the students are inspired to speak up honestly about the mistreatment of themselves and others. They take a stand together as leaders. They receive powerful action-oriented training, and commit to making and documenting at least one positive contribution or intervention every day.

The Challenger Day training gives them the tools and shows them the path to create positive change in their schools.
